On this auspicious occasion, Mr. Kampon Tansacha, President of Nongnooch Garden Pattaya, was honored by the Kingdom of Bhutan to attend the ceremony as a distinguished international guest. He was also bestowed with a Royal Decoration of the Kingdom of Bhutan, the National Order of Merit of Bhutan (Gold Class), in recognition of his long-standing friendship and dedicated support for the Kingdom of Bhutan.

Bhutan National Day is one of the most important national ceremonies, conducted according to strict royal protocol. The ceremony begins with citizens and distinguished guests taking their seats prior to the arrival of the Royal Family, followed by the royal procession of His Majesty the Fourth King of Bhutan together with both Queens.

Mr. Kampon Tansachaa received this prestigious honor in recognition of his close friendship and continuous support for Bhutan for over a decade. He has actively contributed to several landscape development projects throughout the country and has also provided free training and capacity-building support to Bhutanese officials and the Desuups (volunteer corps). More than 300 participants have taken part in training and internship programs, producing clear and tangible results. In appreciation of these significant contributions, the Kingdom of Bhutan recognized the value and impact of his work and therefore conferred this highly honored royal decoration as an official expression of gratitude.

In addition, distinguished individuals and contributors from many countries—including Singapore, Japan, India, the United Kingdom, Australia, the United States, and Malaysia—along with Bhutanese government officials, also attended the ceremony and received honors on this important occasion.
