FRENCH GARDEN 1

      In 1996-1997, Nongnooch Pattaya Garden expanded the area to store enough water for increased use. Therefore, the garden dredged the lake to be bigger and deeper. Because of dredging the lake, we got plenty of soils and pile up into a small valley.

      In the beginning, this area was used as a sunflower field. Later on, Mr.Kampon came up with the idea of geometric garden arrangement of Versailles Palace, in France. So, he began to create the French garden, and it spent about 2 year to complete.

      However, the French garden is opened to the public in 1998. After that he added various architectural decorations, such as pagoda, ornamental plants, numerous trees, and red telephone from England.

FRENCH GARDEN 2

      The French garden II is an extension of the area of the French garden I. This area also used to be a nursery. There are more than ten thousand vehicles of soils fill in this area. Moreover, the French garden II added many rocks to prevent a valley from collapsing, and it decorated to be geometric shapes by using a special tree. However, on the valley, we use the cycad, palm, and agave. Those plants grow well in this area.
